Last week the Swans were linked with a move for reserve keepers at both Fulham and Arsenal and a disappointing display from Dorus De Vries at Crystal Palace increased the speculation that a new keeper may be on the horizon.
And whilst Roberto has admitted he wants to bring someone in it becoms increasingly clear that he is waiting for the right man who can challenge his number 1 for the starting spot rather than someone who is prepared to sit back and warm the bench for the next 41 games.
Speaking to the Evening Post, the Swans manager said "There's no news as yet.
"Everything is where we want it to be and we will strengthen the goalkeeping position when the right time arrives.
"At the moment we have got such a busy period that our concentration goes elsewhere."
