Swansea City head to Birmingham on the back of seven successive draws in the league and will play their last league game of 2008 at St Andrews.

Their last game that was not drawn was a home defeat by Birmingham where two late goals from Kevin Phillips turned a positive start for the Swans into their only league home defeat to date.

And McLeish believes that home advantage could count this afternoon as he told the Mail on Sunday “Having fallen 10 points behind Wolves after losing our two previous games against Preston (1-0) and Reading (3-1), it was vitally important we got back on track against Ipswich

“Our fans played their part by roaring at every tackle and shouting for every decision, and if they give us the same kind of support against a very well organised Swansea side, I’m sure we can get the double over them, too.”
