The Swans added six new faces to their squad over the summer months but Jenkins says that Paulo Sousa still has interest in adding fresh blood to the squad.
Sousa could be interested in making moves for a left winger and a centre half – both positions which weren’t dramatically strengthened during the transfer window.
The loan window opens in six days time for Football League clubs.
“We’ll wait for the next couple of weeks when players will return to fitness and we can get our squad back together,” Jenkins told the Evening Post
“The manager does have a couple of players that he’s interested in and if they come off, they come off.
“But it will only be one or two, if that.
“There’s no panic on our side, I’m more concerned with getting our injured players fit again.
“The loan window opens in a week and we’ll wait and see what develops then.
“In my experience once the window opens you get a lot of players available that weren’t available earlier.
“Paulo has a few things he wants to look at, but it depends what’s out there. We’ll take it from there.”
