The club has 36 players on the payroll, with upto 10 set to be axed in the near future, but Sousa says he’s finding it difficult because everybody would like to stay.
So far, only Kris O’Leary, Keiron Howard and Jamie Grimes have left.
“Nobody wants to leave,” Sousa said.
“Everybody wants to stay here because this is a good club and probably the manager is good to play for!
“The players with fewer opportunities to play need to leave. This needs to happen.”
