It’s the former Inter Milan midfielder’s first home league win since arriving at the Liberty Stadium.
“We have had a lot of difficulties (injuries and suspensions) since the beginning of the season, but I believe we have grown as a team because of it.
“I was really proud again of the attitude, spirit and character the players displayed out there.
“We were playing against a very difficult team to beat. They are a strong side and we need to be very proud.
“We have a lot of belief and confidence in the work we do and we will keep building day by day.
“Tom (Butler) is very direct and always likes to try and find the back of the net. He scored a very good goal today.
“But it’s not about individuals, it’s about the team and I am very proud of them all.
“I have no complaints (about the red cards). They could have been avoided, but playing with emotion sometimes these things happen.”
