The only problem for those wanting to know what it is is that the Swansea City boss is remaining tight lipped as to what that decision is.
Trundle has two games left of his current loan spell at the Liberty and is scheduled to return over the Severn Bridge to Bristol City at the end of the spell which ends officially on 31st December.
However, with five goals to his name, the club’s leading scorer has put a strong case forward for that deal to be extended and Sousa told the Western Mail
“I have spoken already with Lee Trundle and we know what we are going to do
“For now others need to wait for what happens.
“With me things are not public until they happen. I see names linked, but I have said from the start I am a manager who is always looking for players to add something to my squad. And when I feel the player can help us to improve, I make that decision and not the journalists.
“But it is done, all the things are done with Lee.”
