The Crystal Palace manager said after the game “It was for violent conduct
“The lad won the ball, but you only have to look at Neil Danns’ lip to see that he caught him with his elbow.
“Neil was the villain of the pantomime, but I thought it was the right decision.”
As for the game itself, Warnock added: “Swansea fought really hard throughout the game and it was no surprise they tired in the last 15 minutes when their ‘keeper (Dorus deVries) made some good saves.
“Sometimes it is more difficult to play against 10 men, but we tried to go out for the win and could have done it in the closing minutes.
“I’m really disappointed because we had the opportunity to take all three points.”
