The Leeds United manager was talking to their official website ahead of the visit of the Swans this weekend and knows exactly what to expect from the Swans.
He said "Because of the way Swansea play they have plenty of ball, and we'll have to be patient and solid because you can easily get picked off
"The crowd might have to be patient as wellt because we might not have as much as the ball as we'd like at home, but equally we will look to impose our game on them and take it to them when we get the opportunity.
"Games develop differently as the go along, but seeing what we've seen of them they are eye catching and they'll be aware of what we can do as well.
"If they watched us against Watford and Millwall they will know we are a decent team on our day. We know we are a decent team.
"We are always respectful of who we play and work on their strengths and weaknesses – but first and foremost we work on ourselves.
"It's got the ingredients of being a good game that's for sure."
