The Ipswich Town manager had just seen his side beaten 4-1 by Swansea City when he said the following "We started very well but conceded a very poor goal and we never looked likely of coming back from there
"There is not the belief there that we can come back from behind and win a game and we have to get that in our make up for next season.
"The players have done terrific since I've been here, considering where we were but as a team we have gone as far as we can. We have papered over the cracks and the last two games have shown how far we have to go.
"We need to add some quality to what we have here, some physically and mentally strong players.
"The players have given everything, but we are behind Swansea and Norwich when you look at their squads."
