The Swansea City defender is out of contract in the summer and has attracted interest from the likes of both Fulham and Blackpool in recent times.
But while the Swans will still be hopeful to keep him at the Liberty, it is Saturday's opponents Millwall who are expressing an interest even though they have not made it public to date.
Rangel's representative – his brother in law Xavi Cruz told the Western Mail “Now is not the time to discuss where he will be playing next season because Swansea still have to complete the season
“But I have heard of Millwall’s interest. In the summer we will listen to all the managers and then make a decision that will be based on what is best for the player and for the club he goes to.”
Celtic, West Bromwich Albion and Wigan are also reported to potentially be ready to move for Rangel.
