The Swansea City manager says that he is on track to bring in the five or six new signings that he wanted this summer as he prepares his side for their first crack at the Premier League.
Speaking to the Evening Post, Rodgers said "I felt from the start we needed five or six new signings and we have brought in a few
"Hopefully in the next two or three weeks, we will add that bit of depth.
"I wouldn't say I'm disappointed that we haven't got more players in yet.
"I know what my targets are and I hope the club can close those deals out.
"I've had another good meeting with the chairman. Of course you want your new faces in sooner rather than later, but it will be done."
