Taylor – I Will Be Fine For The Weekend

Neil Taylor has declared himself fit for the visit of Man Utd after missing out on Wales action last weekend

Taylor told the Evening Postย “I will be fine for the weekend

“I was really disappointed to miss out on playing against Norway โ€” I hate missing games.

“But the decision was made that I should rest my ankle and allow it to recover further. The Wales game came a bit too early for me, which was a shame. I felt okay for a couple of days after the Liverpool game, but then the bruising came out and it was very sore.

“But I have recovered and I’ll be in training in preparation for the Manchester United game on Saturday.

“I’m sure this is a game the supporters have really been looking forward to, but for us players it is about performing well and doing our best to get points,” he added.

“It will be a very tough game, but with our supporters behind us at the Liberty, where we have played so well this season, you never know what may happen.”
