Reports coming out of Spain suggest Swansea City have tabled a third and final offer with Valencia for Spain winger Pablo Hernandez.
There are growing signs that manager Michael Laudrup finally got his man with a £5.5m bid after a £5m attempt to land the 27-year-old had earlier failed.
Some media in Spain were reporting that the €7M deal had been agreed equalling the record fee paid by Swansea for Ki Sung-Yueng last week.
Hernandez has been a target for Swans boss Michael Laudrup all summer and chairman Huw Jenkins has now met Valencia’s asking price for the 27-year-old capped four times by Spain.
Hernandez is reported to be relishing reuniting with Swans boss Michael Laudrup after the pair worked together at Getafe.
