As both sides opened up their qualification campaign for the African Cup Of Nations in 2017, it was Gambia who would have come away from the game happier with the result with South African dominating the chances and the possession but unable to turn that into a much needed victory.

Barrow was one of the highlights for the Swans last season with some impressive displays – most notably against Arsenal at home where he completely changed the game – but also spending some time on loan at Nottingham Forest towards the end of the season.

It is widely hoped that he will build on that this season as the Swans look to use him as a valid option and international football can only improve his game and his chances of more first team football.
