Just 5 weeks after the season finished and 6 weeks before the next one starts, the Swans side were back being put through their various fitness tests ahead of the new season as Garry Monk’s coaching staff start in earnest their preparations to follow last season’s record breaking run.

Monk hailed last pre-season as the springboard towards their success in the season and he will be hoping for much the same this season with expectations high of a similar return next time around, a fifth season in the Premier League,.
