Orlando Next In Britton Link

The newspapers yesterday were backing up our story that there was interest from MLS clubs and it has now been reported that the club are not standing in Leon’s way in talking to other clubs with Championship clubs in England also reported to be interested in signing Britton.

But America appears to be his preferred destination and Orlando have emerged as one of the front runners to sign Britton should what we are hearing prove to be right.

Orlando City – who can include the legendary Kaka in their ranks – were only formed back in 2010 but awarded a MLS franchise in 2013. They currently stand 3rd in the Eastern conference with 6 wins and 6 draws from their 18 games to date.

Situated in the state of Florida, Orlando is of course known best as the city that plays host to some of the major theme parks in the world with millions of tourists heading there every year.

They believe that the signature of Britton would add extra steel to their midfield and are keen to make him their latest recruit on what has been a short and exciting journey for them.
