They have been widely criticised for not spending enough to be serious about staying in the Premier League and on and off the pitch they look like a club in trouble.
But that probably has to turn at some time and we can only hope it is not against us this weekend but Jones believes that is exactly what is needed for the club.
รขโฌลThe only way we can kick start it [our season] is by winning games and weรขโฌโขve got a massive chance to do that against Swansea” said Jones.
“Obviously everyone knows what a good team Swansea are so thatรขโฌโขll be a statement in itself to beat them on our home turf and beat them with a good performance.
รขโฌลWe know itรขโฌโขs going to be a really tough game but weรขโฌโขve got another week to work hard on the training, so hopefully we can put in a better performance on Saturday which gets us the three points”
