The Hoops go into the first leg of their match against Malmo tonight with the reward for the winners being a place in the group stages of the Champions League and that would mean a bigger squad is possibly needed at Celtic Park.
However, even if they do not get past Malmo then there is the consolation of Europa League football for them and although there is no confirmed interest in Michu they are believed to be wanting another striker with former star Gary Hooper also on their wanted list.
We know that Michu at Swansea and both club and player have been in talks to try and move him on from the club but as it stands at the moment then we have not got an agreement.
He has been linked with plenty of clubs beyond the two that are mentioned here with clubs in England, Italy and Spain all having been linked with the player who spent last season on loan at Napoli.
Whether Ronny Delia and Celtic join that race remains to be seen
