Shearer Tips Swans For Easy Win

Shearer suggested that the Aussie total in the fourth Ashes test at Trent Bridge could be in danger in the game such is the difference between the two sides. As a reminder the Aussies were all out for 60 in their first innings but I’m not sure Shearer really believes that the Swans will eclipse that tally.

The difference between the two sides in the two games to date though is clear for everyone to see but form books can go out of the window especially at this early stage of the season and a home win tomorrow would see the two sides just one point apart despite those big differences.

Shearer had to watch last weekend as the Swans breezed past Newcastle at the Liberty and that is one of the benchmarks that he is using when he considers this game

รขโ‚ฌล“Having seen the way Jefferson Montero went about leading the destruction of Newcastle at the weekend, and the way Sunderland are defending, I would suggest the Aussiesรขโ‚ฌโ„ข total in the Fourth Ashes Test could be in danger,รขโ‚ฌย the Newcastle legend wrote in The Sun.

รขโ‚ฌล“Already Sunderland look doomed.รขโ‚ฌย
