Planet Swans ArchivesLast night it was believed that Moyes was being lined up with a move to the Swans but tonight that has been stated by the BBC that it is not to the case and that the Swans will be looking elsewhere should they decide that they need to part company with Monk.
Moyes was sacked by Real Sociedad last month, his first job since being sacked as Manchester United boss towards the end of the 2013/14 season.
He has been linked with a move to the Liberty ever since the reports started a couple of weeks back that the Swans could be considering the future of Monk but I have to say that the links have never made sense other than the rumours that Moyes is wanting a return to the Premier League.
His model does not necessarily fit that of the Swans and I just am not sure that he was ever someone high up our list but then again if the reports on the BBC are to be believed then it wont matter whether we want him anyway.
