After the slight distraction of defeat in last week’s FA Cup tie at Hull, it is back to the serious business of targeting Premier League points in our race for survival for the Swans with a victory tomorrow possibly lifting us out of the relegation zone by the end of the day.
It will be interesting to see who Paul Clement picks in his first home match in charge with expectations around Ki, Fernandez and Llorente all starting as he looks to upset the odds and lead the Swans to get another victory over Arsenal.
Neil Taylor will definitely not start due to his fractured cheekbone sustained in training earlier in the week whilst new signing Luciano Narsingh has a call injury and is also not available for selection.
Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil returns after missing three games through illness but Hector Bellerin and Francis Coquelin are ruled out.
The Gunners are also without Mohamed Elneny, Theo Walcott, Santi Cazorla, Per Mertesacker and Kieran Gibbs.
Petr Cech, Laurent Koscielny and Alexis Sanchez are expected to be recalled after being rested against Preston in the FA Cup.
In terms of the fans views, as you would expect the votes in our Twitter poll went towards an Arsenal win but not to the extent that you may have imagined with 51% of the people voting saying that the Gunners would return to North London with the points.

For me anything gained in tomorrow’s game is a bonus for the Swans as we are expected to take nothing but we are at that stage where every point is vital and hopefully we can pick something up.
