Planet Swans ArchivesI think it is fair to say that there won’t be too many Swansea fans who will remember the 16-17 campaign with any fondness as we went through three managers, two sets of owners, boardroom unrest and – January aside – almost paid the price for some pretty shit transfer windows in recent times.
But Leroy Fer has one thing right ahead of the game and that is it would be brilliant to sign off with a win and end the season on a positive note that would take our unbeaten run at the end to five games with thirteen points picked up from those matches.
West Brom have been on the proverbial beach for weeks and are definitely there for the taking despite their current Top 10 placing and the irony would be for all our trials and tribulations this season should we win we will end just four points behind them in the final table!
