Swansea City Ladies will be back in action this weekend as well as they play an away game at Cascade looking to keep the pressure on Cardiff Met at the top of the table.
All matches in the WPWL this weekend will be marked by a minutes silence to mark almost one year since Wales was first placed into lockdown as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.ย The minute is to remember all those that have lost their lives to the virus which has changed lives forever during that time.
The Ladies returned to action last weekend with a comprehensive 5-0 win over Aberystwyth with Stacey John-Davis scoring four times and they will be looking to continue that strong form – and their 100% record this season – as they look to retain the crown that they won last time around.
Players from the team this week have been busy helping the Community Trust raise money for Comic Relief as the tweets below show
