Swansea City are reported as missing out on the loan signing of Leeds United full back Cody Drameh who has agreed to join Cardiff City on loan until the end of the season.

The deal – reported by journalist Fabrizio Romano who also added that the player now has several Premier League clubs monitoring him for next season.

It was reported earlier in the window that Nottingham Forest were in advanced talks to sign him whilst Hoffenheim and Bayer Leverkusen were also reported to be interested.

The 20-year-old has made four appearances for Leeds this season, making his full Premier League debut in the loss to Arsenal last month.

Prior to that, Drameh had been a regular figure in the Whites’ Under 23 team, making 33 appearances.

The deal with Cardiff is expected to be concluded this week.
