Wolf made a dash across Europe to complete his loan move on Thursday and become the third new addition to the squad in this window as he followed Andy Fisher and Cyrus Christie into SA1.

The signing was met with much excitement amongst the fanbase and that was certainly echoed by the manager when speaking with the official website on Friday.

“Hannes can play in numerous positions in attack. He is a fantastic athlete,” said Martin.

“Out of possession heโ€™s incredible in terms of what he does for the team. He is selfless.

“I spoke to a few people about his character, and everything that came back was really top.

โ€œIf anything you have to rein him in at times with how hard he wants to work and how serious he is about his profession.

“I think heโ€™ll bring assists, goals and a real threat. He can play anywhere for us and have an impact.”
