League One sides Burton, Crewe, Bolton Wanderers and Plymouth Argyle are all said to be interested in signing Yan Dhanda from the Swans but Sky Sports have also thrown the name of DC United into the mix.
A Tweet from Lyall Thomas of Sky Sports suggests that the MLS side are already in talks to sign Dhanda who is surplus to requirements in SA1 three and a half years after he joined the Swans.
Swansea City majority owners Steve Kaplan and Jason Levien are, of course, co-chairmen of DC United whilst Jake Silverstein – another Swansea director – joined the ownership group back in September this year.
Martin confirmed this afternoon that there was an offer in for Dhanda when he told the pressย “Weโve had an offer for Yan to go and play football that heโd like to take up.
“I think weโre getting closer with that. A lot of things can change.
“Nothing is concrete yet. I expect him to go out and play somewhere. Heโs been great around the place and found it really tough not to be involved.
“Weโve been really honest with each other, he understands. He nearly went out in the summer window on loan but he wanted to stay and fight to try and get in.
“I think he just wants to go and play football now. I think itโll be a loan because heโs out of contract in the summer so he wants to make sure he maximises every opportunity he has to go and play somewhere else.”
The report from Sky Sports suggest a four year deal is on the table from DC.

Great Opportunity.
Yes get as much money for him from them two Levien and Kaplan to make up for thyere poor investment in our club as they will put a lot of money into that club they own DC United before the Swans.
