Liam Cullen netted his first Lincoln City goal yesterday and his first of the season as the club drew 1-1 with Wycombe Wanderers yesterday.
Cullen has at times been utilised in the number 10 role and has impressed since arriving, wearing the number 8 shirt and is getting a wide variety of experience in League One, starting every one of the six games he has been available for.
Morgan Whittaker has scored twice for the Imps in eight starts from right wing and has added some genuine pace to the team, with his form over a season delivering double figures if his run rate was replicated over 46 games.
Ironically it is pace that is so desperately missing from the Swansea side and there have been many calls for Whittaker to have been more than the bit part player he has been since arriving from Derby last January.
Both players will hope to return to the fold in the summer in a bid to nail down a first team berth at Swansea, and we can only wish them the best and hope that the rest of the season is a productive one for both, whatever the future has in store for them.
