Blackburn Rovers have continued to rub salt into the wounds after yesterday’s humiliation at the Swansea.com Stadium with a number of Twitter posts targeting Russell Martin’s tactics.
A video was posted by the Swansea City official Twitter account earlier this week showing Martin talking to the players and clearly outlining that playing this style will eventually tire the opposition out.
That clearly didn’t work yesterday as Blackburn looked the fresher of the two teams especially on the counter attack and their own official Twitter account have since posted the below:

It’s not a great look and certainly provides all opposition managers with plenty of ammunition for their own team talks against Swansea this season.
It’s okay to show a little arrogance and confidence when you’re winning but when you’re on the back of an eight game run without a win it comes across as ever so slightly churlish.
Maybe it’ll persuade Martin to adapt his style slightly. But then again…
