Swansea City consider a move for free agent Yannick Bolasie who has been training with the club.
DR Congo international Bolasie, 34, has been a free agent since leaving Turkish club Caykur Rizespor at the end of last season.
The former Plymouth and Bristol City player played for four years at Crystal Palace before moving to Everton in 2016 but things never worked out for him at Goodison with loan spells at Aston Villa, Anderlecht, Sporting and Middlesbrough during five years at Everton.
He moved to Caykur Rizespor in 2021, suffering relegation from the Turkish top flight in his first year at the club but then playing a major part in their promotion back to the highest level last season.
Now as a free agent and at the age of 34 he may not be the kind of player that the Swans would normally move for but with Josh Ginnelly out long term a short term deal could make sense for a lot of reasons.ย ย Especially if within the Swans budget.
Itโs got disaster written all over it . Typical short term Yank move . Put up some money and invest in the future
Chico Flores given straight red for tripping Bolasie, by ref from 50 yards in arrears named Jonathan Moss.
Bolasie is a prototype Jamal.
