Swansea fans would not have missed the Specsavers series about Cwm Albion which has involved Harry Redknapp and others being involved in the team they call the “best worst team”

We were contacted this morning to add to an appeal for Swans fans to be part of the filming for the latest event in the series and you can support Albion against Birchgrove Colts Thirds in the process.

Joe Manners from Copa90 explains more: “With the Swans not playing tomorrow, why not go and support one of the local teams in the area.ย

“In particular Cwm Albion, Swanseaโ€™s oldest football team who have the been the stars of a Specsavers series and have a big match with plenty of surprises that you wonโ€™t want to miss.”

Details below:
Cwm Albion vs Brichgrove Colts Thirds
12:15pm Kick Off at Cwm Level Park, Swansea SA5 9DY

Joe adds:For those around in the morning who want to be part of some filming alongside a Swansea Legend and be part of some other fun surprises. Please meet at Cwm Level for 10:30am. Email Joe.Manners@copa90.com for more details.”

Perhaps we can loan Eddie Yates to Cwm for the day, he's good for the bench ๐Ÿ‘

Been watching the Swans since the very late 1970s and running the Planet Swans website (in all its current and previous guises since the summer of 2001 As it stood JackArmy.net was right at the forefront of some of the activity against Tony Petty back in 2001, breaking many of the stories of the day as fans stood against the actions where the local media failed. Was involved with the Swans Supporters Trust from 2005, for the large part as Chairman before standing down in the summer of 2020.
