07.07.03 – 9.04am – The housemates are up and enjoying some breakfast cooked for them by Peter Owen. There are not enough eggs to go around this morning because of the missing chicken and again the finger of suspicion turns to Leigh Dineen.
07.07.03 – 11.13am – The obstacle course has been set up in the garden and one at a time the housemates are allowed to practice on it. None of the other housemates are able to watch anyone practicing so as they do not get any advantage from other tactics. The session is abandoned after the first person to try, Jason Smith, cracks three ribs after tripping whilst running through the tyres at the start of the course.
07.07.03 – 12.14pm – The housemates have been gathered on the sofas to await an announcement from Big Jack Brother. They are not sure what is going on. They are told that for tonight only Big Jack Brother will be providing them with a pool table for them to pass the time. Leon Britton is confused as he doesn’t see the point when there is already a pool in the garden.
07.07.03 – 3.11pm – Leigh Dineen has come to the diary room to confess cooking one of the chickens for dinner last night. He hopes that his actions will not influence the public voting in this week and launches an appeal in the diary room for "Discretion For Dineen" in which the public take his confession into account.
07.07.03 – 5.24pm – The housemates are locked in one of the bedrooms as the pool table is delivered into the house, they decide to have a league competition between themselves on a best of three basis (naturally the best of three was James’ idea) with the overall winner receiving a prize from the Big Jack Brother house.
07.07.03 – 6.58pm – The league starts with a match between James and Myra. The first two frames are nothing special but then James comes into his own and finishes the third off with some style (sound familiar?)
07.07.03 – 8.13pm – After one match each, Leigh stands on top of the league table and is putting his immediate success down to him plotting a "pounds for potting" campaign in his own mind. Myra is bottom of the table after failing to pot a single ball in her frames.
07.07.03 – 10.22pm – The pool league is in it’s last round of matches with Leigh and James Thomas having won all their matches and due to play each other in the decider. Myra is up first against Leon Britton, both players have lost their matches. Not surprising really as Myra cannot shoot straight and Leon cannot see above the table to make his shots properly. After an hour and thirteen minutes with no balls being potted the game is declared a draw.
07.07.03 – 11.37pm – In the final match, Leigh and James share the first two frames taking it to a decider. With just the black and one of James’ reds left on the table it is going right to the wire to decide the winner. The prize has been declared as Leon Britton acting as the winners slave for the day tomorrow. James is hot favourite to win. As he takes his shot and pots the red the white ricochets and pots the black straight after it but sadly for James this also takes the white into the pocket for a great hat-trick but sadly defeat. Tomorrow Leigh will have the services of Leon as his slave.
07.07.03 – 11.54pm – After the excitement of the pool competition the housemates head to bed. Leon has been told by Leigh that he will need to be up at 6.30 tomorrow morning to start his slave duties.
08.07.03 – 12.14am – With all the housemates asleep, the invite opens up again for people to vote for who they would like to see evicted this week. Cast your votes by using the form below.
