| 16.07.03 – 8.17am – The housemates are woken by a request for Leon Britton to head to the diary room. Today is his day to choose the activity for the housemates to partake in for the day. Leon has requested that the housemates be provided with some play school equipment. He has asked fror some painting materials, clay and some lego. | |||
| 16.07.03 – 9.23am – Leon is telling the housemates what he is planning for them in the day. The first ‘lesson’ will be painting where the housemates have to paint a picture that represents what each of them will do when they first leave the house. After breaktime which will involve a glass of milk each, they will then have a competition where they each have to make a clay model of Brian Flynn and then after lunch break they will have a lego building competition. | |||
| 16.07.03 – 10.02am – Leon’s things have arrived in the house. The housemates have started their painting. Leon already has more paint over himself rather than the sheet of paper in front of him. Jason’s picture is of a doctor as he will be seeing his doctor as soon as he leaves the house. Myra is painting the club shop whilst Leigh is painting the Morfa Stadium. Leon’s picture is far more simple – of him, his mummy and daddy and their pet cat whilst James is working on an extravagent picture of himself scoring a goal. Three times naturally. | |||
| 16.07.03 – 10.49am – The housemates are on playtime. They are all in the Big Jack Brother garden drinking their milk. Leon has dropped his on the floor and is crying over it but Leigh tells him never to cry over spilt milk. James is less comforting and just laughs at Leon. | |||
| 16.07.03 – 11.17am – Onto the clay modelling. The housemates all have to build a scale model of Brian Flynn. They have been given one ball of clay (between them) to achieve this. Leon find it an achievement to build someone so tall whilst James’ model is wearing a T-Shirt that says "I YJames Thomas" on it. Jason’s model has a broken leg whilst Myra’s version of Brian Flynn is wearing a very fetching clay coloured wig. | |||
| 16.07.03 – 12.21pm – Lunchtime in the playschool day. A fight has broken out in the Big Jack Brother playground after Jason tried to pinch Leon’s dinner money. James and Leigh have tried to stop Jason but he claims he needs the money to pay for a vital operation. Myra on the other hand is behind the bike sheds having a sneaky fag. | |||
| 16.07.03 – 1.17pm – Back to school after the lunch period and time for the Lego building competition. The housemates have been given a pile of lego blocks etc each and have to build them into something of their choice. The winner will be allowed to take their model home to show the families. | |||
| 16.07.03 – 2.19pm – The models are beginning to take shape. Jason’s hospital is coming on nicely and Big Jack Brother has noticed that he has added a nice touch with the "Smudger Smith Ward". Myra however is working on a kitchen just like the one in her house in the ‘real world’ whilst Leigh is naturally building a bank which is overflowing with Supporter’s Trust money. Leon surprisingly is building nothing but is standing there surrounded by Lego people and all of a sudden he is feeling tall (well he is three inches taller than any of them!) James is building a huge castle with three turrets and himself standing at the top – Lord James of Swansea. | |||
| 16.07.03 – 3.27pm – It’s the end of the playschool day and James is crowned winner of the lego competition. He is allowed to take his model home when he eventually leaves the house. Leon is crying again as he does not think it is fair that he didn’t win after all it was his game to play. Big Jack Brother decides that he must be tired after all the excitement of the day and sends him to bed early. | |||
| 16.07.03 -11.21pm – The rest of the day has passed in the BJB house without any significant developments and the housemates head to bed. In just 48 hours, the eighth person will be evicted from the house and the voting will open for who you want to see crowned BJB champion of 2003.
