He also had one temporary spell as Watford manager where he led the club to a 22 match unbeaten streak – a club record. Jackett spent his whole career playing for Watford as a defender. He played 335 games and scored 26 goals in ten years at Vicarage Road. He also played 31 matches for Wales at International level. Let’s give Jackett time to get his own players in a work on their fitness and hopefully he will lead us into the second division this coming season.
