Pritch A Martyr, Fisken At Cambridge |
Deadline day may have passed in the football league but there has been more activity through the out door at the Vetch this week. Reserve striker Mark Pritchard has gone to Merthyr for a loan spell after finding first team opportunities limited at the Vetch. It is believed that he remains in the plans of the management and this is really to get him match practice before returning to the Vetch. Another exit this week is Gary Fisken who has joined Cambridge on a month’s loan. Swans fan’s shouldn’t celebrate too much though as they will not find themselves up against him on Saturday as it is Cambridge CITY that is the temporary home for the man who has been a virtual spectator all season for the Swans. Meanwhile the club will publish their results to May 2004 at the end of this week with a reported six figure profit expected to be the main highlight showing just how far the club has come in three years.
