All Competitions A central defender signed by Kenny Jackett in 2004 to strengthen the Swans’s defence. Hardly put a foot wrong in our promotion campaign, Austin was signed as a left back but looks more comfortable at the centre of the defence. The former Bristol Rovers man – who once played a game for Trinidad and Tobago in 2000 – missed just 4 games last season and will for more of the same this coming season.
