He has a string of clubs behind him including Preston, Walsall, Rotherham and Sunderland, where he scored five goals in 17 appearances in the 2003-04 season. This season Darren has scored seven goals, but has also been cautioned seven times and has been sent off against Scunthorpe. A disciplinary record even Swansea City would be proud of!
