A collosus at Number 5. The best Centre Half in the Division….this is back in the late fourties and early fifties. Reg had two fine half backs either side of him viz Roy Paul and Frank Burns. Reg Weston was the Swan’s skipper.He had a typical centre-half’s forehead….flattened by heading a wet leather football to safety from the opposing goal keeper’s clearance.
