Swans career Stats
Tiny midfielder Leon Britton was signed by Brian Flynn on loan from West Ham in 2002; he played a major part in helping the Swans survive relegation from the basement division, Leon also won the Player of the Year award for that season. Leon is a fans favourite with his trickery and work rate, he even chipped in with 5 goals last season – his best ever in a season. The only thing that lets him down is his shooting, especially in one-on-one situations.
