Planet Swans ArchivesSylvain Mesilan, the French player we signed on a months contract will at least double his stay at the Liberty Stadium after we offered him a further month contract taking him past the original expiry date of December 29.
Mesilan has appeared at both Darlington and as a late sub against Carlisle in his stay so far with Jackett now opting for the extension to have a further look at the player.
The soon to be returning Tom Williams and loanee Marcos Painter I am sure will have a big part to play in the stay of Mesilan who will be named in the squadfor the weekend game against Rotherham – whether he makes the cut of 16 we have to wait and see
