Couple that with the Caring Cup draw which is due on Wednesday and by the end of this week you will have fans of all clubs looking at who and when they will be playing in certain venues. High on the agenda for Swans fans will be a double header against League One newcomers Leeds United whilst Cheltenham Town, Bristol Rovers, Swindon Town and Yeovil Town provide relative local derbys for the side looking at promotion. It’s been a home start for the Swans for many of the last few seasons but much of that was forced because of the Community Shield un Cardiff – traditionally on the same weekend as opening day – but that may change this season and knowing the football league computer an away trip to Hartlepool or Carlisle would not be a major surprise!! Other dates that always generate interest are the holiday period double headers at Christmas, New Year and Easter and the Carling Cup draw is always one of interest despite the Swans always seemingly brief appearance in it. We will have all the fixture news for you on Thursday morning although the usual bad people at Football Data clamp down on busy sites using their fixture lists. Keep it tuned as Jackarmy.net takes you into the new season and very soon with normal service being resumed.
