Hull Report Agreed Terms

Hull City have reported that they have agreed a deal with Swansea City that will see Darryl Duffy become a Swansea player next season after a successful loan spell at the Liberty in April and May.

The ‘sags’ has rumbled on most of the summer with Swansea always seemingly at the head of the pack with various clubs from England and Scotland also linked but it was always believed that Swansea was his preferred destination.

"The chairman (Paul Duffen) has agreed terms with Swansea’s chairman (Huw Jenkins), now it’s up to Darryl Duffy to decide," Hull boss Phil Brown told BBC Radio Humberside.

"He has to decide whether he wants to be a Swansea player or a Hull City player, but we have agreed terms."

Nothing has been reported from the Swansea end of things regards the finalisation of the move for Duffy but this could be expected in the next few days with Duffy potentially soon joining Jason Scotland (work permit permitting) and Bussy as new strikers at the Liberty competing to play alongside current first choice Lee Trundle
