Swans midfielder Darren Pratley may not miss any games report the South Wales Evening Post.
Pratley was stretchered off early in the second half of the Swans 2-0 win over Wycombe in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy last night amid fears that he had suffered a broken leg. A hospital check reduced that to just bad bruising and now there is hope that he may play his part in Sunday’s fixture at Bournemouth.
“Darren had a heard a click and felt numbness in his leg when we went onto the pitch last night and they are the symptoms of a fracture,” said Swansea physio Richie Evans. “But it turned out to be a knock on a nerve which gave him those symptoms and the fantastic news is that there is no break. “We are now working to get the swelling down and hopefully Darren will be in contention for Bournemouth.”
