errie Bodde may have scored in the Swans last two league appearances but he faces a race to be fit enough to try and take that into a third game tomorrow night after picking up a slight knock.
“Ferrie has picked up a soft tissue injury around the hip area and we’ll have to assess him over the next 24 hours,” confirmed Roberto on the official site.
“It will be disappointing if he misses out because he is really enjoying his football at the moment.
“Everyone knows what a quality footballer he is and technically he is one of the best around.
“I know he’s desperate to be fit and available so we’ll just have to wait and see.”
Roberto was dealt a second blow with the news that Owain Tudur Jones has suffered a set back in his return from injury and will miss the next few weeks after picking it up in yesterday’s reserve win at Yeovil.
“It’s nothing serious,” added Roberto, “but it will probably rule him out for two to three weeks.”
