England's European representatives will join the competition for the first time this season when the draw takes place at 12pm on Saturday.
Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool are all in along with the likes of FA Cup winners Portsmouth and they join the sides that have battled their way through either one or two games to get to this stage.
The Swans, in the third round for the first time in more than a quarter of a century will be numbered 28 in the draw which encompasses the last 32 of the competition.
