The Swansea City midfielder is the reported subject of interest from Forest amongst a host of other clubs this January transfer window and he admits that he will have to have a chat with Roberto to see where his future lies.

Speaking to the Evening Post, the Welshman said “It is just speculation at the moment, I will have a chat with the gaffer in the next few days and see what our plans are for the future.

“We’d have to look at whether it is better for me to go and get some football somewhere else or stay at Swansea and fight for my place here.

“Everything in Swansea is perfect for me. I have my family, girlfriend and house down here.

“But the big factor is about playing every Saturday. It is frustrating not playing but it is just the way it has been going for me.

“If someone comes in then we will have to look at it.

“It has got to be something I think about because the international breaks don’t come around that often

“If I am not playing club football how can I expect to play international football on a regular basis?

“We have got people like Aaron Ramsey and Jack Collison breaking through and we have Joe Allen at Swansea.

“But I can’t think about this speculation in the meantime.

“It is not something that is on my mind when we are training and working towards the next game.

“I want to play for Swansea City and be a success here.”

Nottingham Forest are rumoured to be leading the chase for Tudur-Jones but it remains to be seen whether the Swans would be prepared to see him go to a Championship team
