Speculation has been mounting over the Queen Of The South striker for weeks, with reports suggesting that one of the Scottish first division's top players was due to sign a pre- contract agreement with the South Wales club.
Scoring 24 goals last season there have been a whole host of clubs queueing up to try and tempt the highly rated Glaswegian with Hibernian, Rangers and Ipswich thought to be assessing moves to sign the 26 year old.
Reports have also claimed that the Swans will offer the former Dumbarton striker a £6,000 a week deal to sign on at the Liberty Stadium. What is clear is that the striker is hoping to sign on the dotted line soon as he told the newspaper he said “I have a few offers. I will sit down with my agent this week and hopefully sign one. “
“There are a few Championship sides interested and that certainly has an appeal for any player. I have offers from SPL clubs as well, so I have a big decision to make on Thursday or Friday.”
