Swansea City have thought to be tracking the situation regarding the manager that has brought the Devon club back to back promotions.
Swans chairman Huw Jenkins has spoken of that record declaring it a remarkable feat. With the lure of the championship seemingly looming large over the Maltese born manager, Perryman is still supreamly confident that Tisdale will remain loyal to the club, as he told BBC Radio Devon, “Paul is showing his faith in Exeter City and is going to drive our club forward.”
Perryman has also outlined the credentials of his manager, praised the 36 year old for his cool head and has beamed with pride that bigger clubs have been linked with him," Why wouldn't they fancy our manager? He's got a play-off win at Wembley and then another promotion. Paul's doesn't rant and rave. He doesn't get too high or low on results and I'm extremely proud that bigger clubs are interested in taking him, that shows a lot of respect.”
"He's very sensible and considered over his comments. He's said he finds it very hard to think when he's shouting and screaming."
