“It was a good result but I’m not 100% happy with the performance,” he said.
“We are building as a team but we can improve. 3-0 is not always a good performance.
“I care about the club and the squad. Of course, we need new players but not as many as seven or eight. Some players have come in and done well.
“We are missing quality players and important ones like Darren Pratley, Ferrie Bodde and Joe Allen. We have also lost 40 goals and it is not easy.
“It will take time but we will get better and better.”
