The Swansea City midfielder knows as well as anyone else that the Swans must rely on the result at Blackpool to help them into the play offs but at the same time all will become irrelevant if the Swans fail to beat Doncaster at the Liberty.
Pratley told Wales on Sunday “We’ve got to win before we look at any other results. It’s out of our hands and of course everyone is talking about hoping Bristol City can do us a favour.
“But the first and foremost thing is that we get our win because some people seem to be looking past it as if we’ve got it in the bag.
“People are forgetting that Doncaster are a good side and for anyone to be thinking about Blackpool instead of our game could really come back to bite us.
“It’s about the 90 minutes in front of us and no-one else and as long as we win our game that’s all that can matter now.
“If we haven’t done our job and Bristol get a result it will be really tough to take. If they lose or draw and we haven’t won we can only blame ourselves. It’s our last chance and we have to take it.
We’d been in there for a long time, since December and we had a lot of time under that pressure with people trying to catch us.
“They’re a good side and play some good football – but now they’re in there and they’ve got to win this one game.
“It’s a different kind of pressure that they’ve been used to, being on TV as well and we can only hope it gets to them a little.
“But, as I said, we can’t worry about that and it’s more important we get our own result first. That’s all we can do.”
