The Swansea City defender is now a reported target for Blackpool following their promotion to the Premier League according to the sports news channel.
The fee is rumoured to be £750k which would fall someway short of most people's valuation of Rangel and would leave the Swans searching for a replacement with the money.
It seems unlikely that the Swans would consider a move at that level although there is every chance that Blackpool could make a move based on their recent promotion and the fact that they have well documented problems in strengthening their squad ahead of their Premier League campaign
